The smallest tubes are referred to as capillaries. As blood moves from the capillaries, the oxygen together with other nutrients move out into your cells. Then waste issue from your cells goes into your capillaries. As the blood leaves the capillaries, it moves with the veins. Veins merge into bigger tubes to hold the blood back to the center.
